WHAT TO EXPECT?

We know starting something new can feel a bit daunting — especially if you’re unsure what to expect or whether Align is right for you. That’s exactly why we begin with a free discovery call.

  • This is a relaxed 1:1 conversation where we talk through your goals, movement history, injuries, and what you’d like support with.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily, such as leggings, joggers, or fitted activewear. Most people choose grip socks for extra stability, but they’re optional.

  • You don’t need any Pilates experience to join Align. Whether you’re brand new or returning after time away, every exercise can be adapted to your level.

  • Every session is physio-led, meaning exercises are tailored and modified where needed. We prioritise safe, confident movement so you always feel supported — never overwhelmed.

About Levi

I’m a Pilates instructor and Chartered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, specialising in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy. I help people move with confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and build strength safely and effectively, so they feel empowered in every aspect of their lives.

  • I treat a wide range of conditions, including pelvic floor disorders, prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, bowel issues, and all types of musculoskeletal injuries or dysfunctions. My approach combines Pilates-based movement with expert physiotherapy, biofeedback, hands-on care, and acupuncture, offering personalised support tailored to each person’s needs and goals.

    My career has taken me around the world – from Switzerland to Australia, as well as senior roles within the NHS – and it was through these experiences that I discovered the transformative power of reformer Pilates. After university, Brighton became my home, and it’s here that I now run Align by Levi, bringing my international expertise to the local community.

    I founded Align by Levi to create a space where movement meets physiotherapy, offering purposeful, personalised, and empowering sessions. It’s a place for everyone – including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond – to feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.
