Our Pregnancy & Postnatal Reformer classes are carefully designed to support you before and after birth—helping you stay strong, ease discomfort, and reconnect with your body. Sessions focus on restoring strength, improving mobility, and supporting recovery, with exercises suitable for both C-section and vaginal births, tailored to your needs as you rebuild your body.

Led by a specialist women’s health physiotherapist and exercise expert, you’ll benefit from personalised guidance, safe and effective reformer exercises, and the encouragement of a supportive small-group environment. Whether you’re preparing for birth, relieving pregnancy aches, or rebuilding strength postnatally, we’re here to help you move well and feel confident again.

Bring your baby Postnatal

Reconnect with your body while keeping your little one close. These postnatal Reformer classes are designed for mums who want to regain strength, stability, and confidence after birth — without leaving their baby behind. Your baby can safely stay in a bouncer right next to you as you work on core, pelvic floor, posture, and overall mobility.

Doula postnatal

These classes offer dedicated in-room support from a trained doula, so you can focus on building strength knowing your little one is in safe hands. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to 6 months, these classes are only available as part of a block booking for 8 weeks.
